Brandi passante became a star of reality television after appearing on the A&E reality series "Storage Wars". The show featured her ex-boyfriend Jarrod whom she is now married to, along with her husband Jarrod. They were able to propel them to fame on the mainstream. Storage lockers, whose tenants had not paid rent in the past three months, are auctioned off in the show. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store located in Orange California were part of the show in hopes of acquiring the cheapest storage units. They didn't realize that the show could turn them into reality TV stars! their store! They were very diplomatic in their bids during the whole show, and eventually was one of the most prominent celebrities. Their success in the show's reality competition helped them expand their company. They even opened their own location in addition to the one that they had already operated. Following their appearance on the show "Storage Wars," an off-show called "Brandi and Jarrod: Married to the job" was created specifically for their show.
